So bummed to hear the news that Casa Bonita wont be opening soon. :( Last I had heard, they were going to try open back up in September. But that is not the case. South Park creater Trey Parker and Matt Stone bought it almost a year ago and were going to renovate it and give it some new life. They just did an interview with the Denver Post and it was kind of wild! They referred to it being like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. There's apparently a LOT that needs to be fixed. I know it wasn't the best place, but it was super fun and we really loved the sopapillas :) So I hope they are able to clean it up, fix it up and open it up again soon :) If you want to read the interview you can find it here: DenverPost.com
