Adele was looking mighty thin during her Caribbean vacation earlier this month, and now we know more about how she lost the weight.Turns out Adele has lost three-stones, the equivalent to just over 40 pounds and it may shock you to hear that this weight loss was not from exercise, as the star claims to not like exercising. It is mostly due to her diet.
Los Angeles-based “Brazilian body wizard” Camilia Goodis is the one who has helped Adele lose the weight. Adele was introduced to her through Robbie Williams’ wife Ayda and the two of them even had a joint workout session with Goodis in Adele’s LA mansion.
“I trained Ayda for a long time and it happens that they are good friends so I did Adele when she was there in Robbie's house,' Goodis said. I don't believe she liked exercise much but she has changed her lifestyle and I believe that 90 per cent was dieting.”
Goodis is not the only one Adele is working with, though. She is reportedly also working with fitness guru Joe Wicks (better known as The Body Coach) and celebrity trainer Dalton Wong.
