Demi Lovato Out Of Rehab

Demi Lovato appears to be getting back in the swing of life. Paps snapped Demi and designer Henri Alexander Levy outside the Matsuhisa restaurant in Beverly Hills Saturday night after enjoying some sushi.

But that's not all, the Twitterverse has been popping with sightings of Demi at  Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights on Friday night.

Demi is said to be working with a Chicago-based addiction specialist and while it's not clear if she's completed the first phase of her treatment or if she was out on a weekend pass, it's great to hear that she's moving forward!

The Legal Battle Between Kesha And Dr. Luke Continues

It's been a four year battle for Kesha and music producer Lukas "Dr. Luke" Gottwald. The defamation lawsuit by Dr. Luke against Kesha has hit an important milestone  Kesha's attorneys have revealed some of what's in the summary judgment papers that have remained private to this point but were inadvertently filed in a public court brief that was meant for sealing.

It appears that Kesha is facing the possibility of paying an estimated $40 million in damages to Dr. Luke for allegedly smearing his name in dozens of statements. That is if the judge puts the dispute in a jury's hands and doesn't wrap up the case on summary judgment.

Kesha continues to stick to her story of being raped while Dr. Luke wants to seal evidence that corroborates her claim. Her attorney's also said that, "Dr. Luke may not want the public to know that he continues to earn millions of dollars and work with the music industry's most coveted artists — while Kesha remains trapped in a 13-year-old contract under which she earns little-to-no record royalties — but that preference alone does not warrant sealing."

Twenty One Pilots Singer Performs Stripped-Back Solo Set

Tyler Joseph of Twenty One Pilots recently performed stripped-back versions of a few of the band’s hits on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge. But rather than traveling to the studio in London, he played from the band’s hometown of Columbus, Ohio at Newport Music Hall.

Joseph played a grand piano as he performed touching renditions of “Ride” from their 2015 album “Blurryface,” and “Neon Gravestones” and “My Blood” from their latest album “Trench.” He also played a cover of Damien Rice’s “9 Crimes.”

Ariana Grande Releases New Song

It’s been a whirlwind year for Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson, to say the least.  After dating rumors and an eventual engagement in July, we learned of a breakup just a few weeks ago. However, they both seem to be moving on. For Ariana, that means making music.

Ariana dropped a new song Saturday night titled “thank u next,” in which she references a number of past boyfriends, including Ricky Alvarez, Mac Miller, and Davidson. “Wrote some songs about Ricky, now I listen and laugh,” she sings. “Even almost got married and for Pete, I’m so thankful.”

Many people think that the release of this song, which was just 30 minutes prior to Saturday’s episode of Saturday Night Live, was intentional.  The song, which she talked about this week on Twitter, is reportedly part of a new album that she is working on and includes a line about her late-ex Mac Miller.
