Ariana Grande Has Ten Songs In The Hot 100
Ariana Grande has two songs in the “Billboard” Hot 100 Top Ten this week, “No Tears Left To Cry” and “God is a Woman” at seven and eight, respectively. But that isn’t the whole story. Ari actually has ten songs in the “Billboard Hot 100, nine from her new album “Sweetener,” as well as her Nicki Minaj collaboration “Bed.”
Ari is now only the fourth woman in the Hot 100 chart history to have at least 10 songs in the Hot 100 at the same time. The other three are Taylor Swift, Beyoncé and Cardi B.

Katy Perry Denied Dr. Luke Raped Her
Newly released depositions from Kesha and Dr. Luke’s ongoing legal battle reveal that Katy Perry denied rumors that the producer had raped her.
The July 2017 depo was highly redacted, but what was available shows that Katy admitted she knew that Kesha had claimed Dr. Luke raped Katy, but that it never happened. She also said she was never roofied by the producer, and that they never had a sexual relationship.
Lady Gaga was also deposed about the Katy rumor, since it was claimed Kesha told her about it in a text message, and that they had both heard it from a label CEO. In Gaga’s depo she admitted Geffen A&M Records chairman and CEO John Janick was the source of the info and he told her “he had heard a rumor" about the attack on Katy.
Also released was info from Kelly Clarkson’s deposition, where she admitted she didn’t like Dr. Luke, saying she didn’t take credit for “My Life Would Suck Without You,” noting, “That's how much I dislike him." She also said she heard Pink didn’t like him, and added, “In general, I don't know anyone that likes him." As for why, she shared, “People have said he is sleazy."
Shawn Mendes Dominates At iHeartRadio MMVAs
Shawn Mendes was the big winner at this weekend’s iHeartRadio MMVAs. In case you missed it, Shawn won four of the eight categories he was nominated in, including best pop artist, artist of the year, and the public-voted categories fan fave artist and video.
The MMVAs took place in Shawn’s hometown of Toronto, and he actually got to open and close the show, kicking things off with “Lost in Japan,” and ending the night with “In My Blood.”
The night’s other winners included Drake, who won Best Hip Hop Artist, and whose clip for “God’s Plan” nabbed a Best Director win for Karena Evans; Ed Sheeran, who nabbed Single of the Year for “Perfect;” Imagine Dragons, who won Best Rock/Alternative Artist or Group; and BTS who won fan fave duo or group.
