Lady Gaga Is Working With SOPHIE On Her New Album

Speculation has been stirring about a new Lady Gaga album possibly on the way, and now it’s been confirmed that she’s working with Scottish electronic pop producer SOPHIE

The collaboration rumors came to a head last week when Gaga’s longtime producer Bloodpop replied with a “wink” emoji to “Gaga x Sophie” requests on Twitter. In a video posted to Twitter over the weekend, SOPHIE responds to a fan asking about the possible Gaga collab. “Yes,” she says, “Whatever, you know. I’m working on a lot of different things. If it comes out, that’s cool.”

SOPHIE has worked with Charli XCX, Diplo and Madonna in the past.

Twenty One Pilots End Social Media Blackout

Twenty One Pilots have gotten fans in a frenzy by breaking a year-long social media silence with some cryptic tweets, which may be hinting at some upcoming new music.

The tweets feature a mysterious eye, with the caption, “ARE YOU STILL SLEEPING?,” and were initially sent directly to fans over the weekend.

And that’s not all. Billboards for the band, featuring a new logo and color scheme, have started popping up in cities like London, Toronto and Berlin.

Madonna Pays Tribute To Michael Jackson After "On The Wall" Exhibition Visit

Madonna visited the “Michael Jackson: On The Wall” exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery in London over the weekend, and paid tribute to the late King of Pop on social media.

The singer shared photos of pieces from the gallery on Twitter and Instagram, including portraits of Jackson by Keith Haring and Hank Willis Thomas. She also posted a pic holding a book containing an iconic photo of herself and Jackson from the 1991 Oscars, writing, “Holding M.J. Close to my ❤️.”

Janet Jackson Pays Tribute To Joe Jackson At Essence

Janet Jackson may be in mourning for her father, but she’s not letting it stop the show. She held back tears as she paid tribute to the late Joe Jackson during her headlining set at Essence Music Fest in New Orleans over the weekend.

"A little less than two weeks ago, my father passed away. He was comforted by my family and me," Janet told the crowd. "You know it's always difficult when you lose a loved one and to be quite honest it was really hard for me. I didn't know what to do. I didn't know how to move forward. If I should cancel this festival, cancel the entire tour."

In the end, one of Janet’s brothers brought things into perspective by asking her, “If he were here right now, listening to this conversation, what do you think he would say to you?” She said Joe would say, “Janet, please. Finish what you started.” And that’s just what she did. She rocked the crowd with her many hits, including “Anytime, Anyplace,” “What Have You Done for me Lately,” and “You Ain’t Right.”
