Elton John’s Music The Subject Of Two Tribute Albums

Elton John will be saluted with a GRAMMY special that will air on CBS on April 10th, but that isn’t the only tribute he’s getting. A few days before, on April 6th, two albums saluting Elton and longtime lyricist Bernie Taupin will be released, “Revamp,” featuring pop, rock and urban artists, and “Restoration,” featuring country artists.

Artists on “Revamp,” include Mary J. Blige, Alessia Cara, Coldplay, Miley Cyrus, Florence And The Machine, Lady Gaga, The Killers, Mumford and Sons, Pink and Logic, Q-Tip featuring Demi Lovato, Queens of the Stone Age, Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith.

Meanwhile Universal Nashville will release “Restoration,” featuring Dierks Bentley, Rosanne Cash and Emmylou Harris, Miley, Vince Gill and Don Henley, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Maren Morris, Kacey Musgraves, Willie Nelson, Brothers Osborne, Chris Stapleton, Rhonda Vincent and Dolly Parton and Lee Ann Womack.

“It’s always a huge compliment when an artist loves your song enough to take the time and effort to rework it,” Elton says. “It means that our music is still relevant and ultimately that our songs continue to reach new audiences. We’re humbled and thank them all for their generosity.”

Britney Spears Wants Dad To Make Child Support Issues Go Away

Britney Spears’ ex Kevin Federline is seeking an increase in his $20,000-a-month child support, and “Us Weekly” says Brit is desperate to have the whole thing go away. “Britney has emphasized to her father she wants this settled,” an insider tells the mag. “She doesn’t want it lingering because it only creates stress.”

According to the mag, K-Fed’s attorneys met with Jamie Spears earlier this month trying to “mutually” agree to an increase. “All Kevin wants to be able to do is provide the same standard of living the boys have when they with Britney,” the source offers. “Sean and Jayden’s needs are of course changing since they are getting older, which is a major factor in the decision to seek the increase.”

And while the singer was said to be “angry” about her ex’s request for more dough, it sounds like they may be close to a deal. The insider adds, “Both sides came away hopeful and optimistic that an agreement can be reached out of court.”

A huge part of my recovery was learning to love myself and to give back to others.”  Camila Camello coments on TSA “photoshoot:” Paparazzi caught Camila Cabello going through security at LAX and instead of ignoring them she decided to pose for the cameras, having fun with some over-the-top poses. She later commented on the photos on social media, writing, “Lmao it's kinda like when life throws u lemons, make lemonade...," adding, "If they're taking pictures, might as well do a photoshoot."
