Demi Lovato Joined On Stage By Florida Shooting Survivors

Demi Lovato kicked off her “Tell Me You Loved Me” tour this week in San Diego and she had some very special guests on hand to help her. The singer welcomed on stage a group of survivors from the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, where 17 people were killed in a mass shooting earlier this month.

“On February 14, one of the worst mass shootings in American history took place,” Demi said in her introduction. “These students were in school that day. Please welcome them to the stage.” She added, "It was such an honor to meet them and hear their courageous stories. I want to make sure their voices are being heard and we can provide them with the mental health and post-trauma care they need.”

All the students were wearing MSDStrong shirts and Demi informed the audience where they could make donations to help the victims, noting, “this isn’t about politics, it’s about community.”

Joe Jonas Sued Over Assistant’s Car Accident

Joe Jonas is being sued for a car accident and he wasn’t even behind the wheel when it happened.

According to TMZ, a woman filed suit against the singer because his assistant hit her car when he was driving Joe’s vehicle to run errands. The accident happened back in March 2016, and the woman claims Joe’s assistant hit her when he made a left turn at an intersection, although no police report was ever filed.

The woman is claiming she was injured in the accident and is suing both Joe and the assistant for negligence, saying she suffered mental and physical pain, as well as medical expenses and lost earnings.

Unheard Amy Winehouse Track Hits The Web

Amy Winehouse fans were just treated to a never-before-heard tune. A London producer just shared a demo of the song “My Own Way” online, which she reportedly recorded when she was just 17.

“I’ve had it knocking about for so long,” Gil Cang who co-wrote the song with James McMillan tells the “Camden New Journal.” “I found it again last week and thought – I’ll put it out there so people could hear it.”

The news of a new Amy song is notable because all of the singer’s demos were reportedly destroyed by her label so they would never be released.
