Selena Gomez & The Weeknd Are Over

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have been hanging out together recently and while reports claimed her beau The Weeknd was perfectly okay with their friendship, it turns out he really doesn’t have much of a say, because, according to “People,” after ten months of dating, Selena and The Weeknd (whose real name is Abel Tesfaye) are actually over.

“She and Abel have been going back and forth for a few months about their relationship,” an insider tells the mag. “It’s been hard with him being on tour and her shooting in New York. That wasn’t easy on them.” The source says while Selena “made an effort” to visit The Weeknd on tour, it “played a part in them getting distant,” with the source noting, “It’s over for now, but they’re still in touch."

The insider adds that the breakup has been “hard” for them, but insists that Selena and Justin are not getting back together and they are just good friends. This is despite the fact that they were spotted hanging out together all day on Sunday, having breakfast, going to church and then later hanging at her house.

Taylor Swift, Chance The Rapper and Eminem Set For “Saturday Night Live”

Taylor Swift has set her first TV appearance to promote her new album “Reputation.” The singer is confirmed to be the musical guest on the November 11th episode of “Saturday Night Live,” with “Girls Trip” star Tiffany Haddish a host.

Taylor’s performance is set for just one day after the release of “Reputation” and so far it’s the only performance she’s announced in conjunction with the release.

Meanwhile, Taylor isn’t the only performer set for an upcoming “SNL” episode. , Miley Cyrus will be the musical guest on this Saturday’s episode, with host Larry David, while Chance the Rapper will host on November 18th, with musical guest Eminem.

Ed Sheeran Ready To Resume Touring

Ed Sheeran is ready to get back on the road. After being forced to cancel several dates on his Asia tour after fracturing his wrist and elbow in a biking accident, Ed says doctors have given him the okay to perform again.

Ed will pick up his tour in Singapore on November 11th, and has rescheduled shows in Osaka, Tokyo and Manila for next April. Unfortunately shows in Taipei, Seoul, Hong Kong and Jakarta couldn’t be fit into the scheduled and have been canceled.

"I’m really gutted that not all the postponed dates could be rescheduled,” Ed shares, “and I am working hard with my team to try and come back to these places as soon as I can to see all of you. I’m sorry to everyone who has been affected by this.”
