“Billboard” Reveals The Top Money Makers Of 2016

“Billboard” has just come out with their list of the Top 50 Money Makers of 2016, and we probably shouldn’t be too surprised by who is sitting handily on top.

Of course, it’s Beyoncé, who lands at number one with earnings of $62.1 million last year, followed by Guns N’ Roses at two with $42.3 mil, Bruce Springsteen at three with $42.2 mil, Drake at four with $37.3 million and Adele at five with $37 mil.

One person who surprisingly didn’t make the cut this year is Taylor Swift, despite topping it in 2015, 2013 and 2011. It's likely becuase she didn't put an album out or tour last year.

Britney Spears Won’t Be Playing The Super Bowl

The Super Bowl is still months away, but we know one thing's for sure – Britney Spears won’t be headlining the halftime show.

In case you missed it, there’s been a rumor going around that Brit was having “secret discussions” about headlining this year’s halftime show at U.S. Bank Stadium, in Minneapolis, but a rep for Pepsi, who sponsors the performance, shot that down.

Justin Toman, Pepsi’s head of sports marketing, was speaking at the Venues Now Conference in Beverly Hills and kept a tight lid on who’d be this year’s headliner, although he did add that it is “not Britney.”

As for when the headliner would be announced, all he would say is “in due time.”
