Taylor Swift Headed To Court This Summer
Taylor Swift has been lying low lately but it appears as though the public will get to see her this summer - in court. An August 7th date has been set for Taylor and former DJ David Mueller to face off in court.
Taylor has accused Mueller of intentionally groping her backstage at a meet and greet, while the DJ has denied that’s the case, and is suing Taylor for getting him fired with the alleged false accusation.
Swift had asked a Colorado court to grant her a summary judgment hoping it would prevent the trial, but a judge has ruled it’s up to a jury to “resolve this dispute.” Taylor did win at least one round in court. The judge threw out Mueller’s slander claims.
All parties, including Taylor, are expected to be in the court room when the trial begins.
Ed Sheeran’s Carpool Karaoke To Air Next Week
James Corden brings “The Late Late Show” to London next week and he’ll be getting into his vehicle with yet another special guest. The UK shows will kick off on Tuesday with a special edition of Carpool Karaoke featuring Ed Sheeran.
In addition, Harry Styles, who recently spent a week on Corden’s show, will be back on next Thursday for another performance, and Kings of Leon will also be a musical guest on Wednesday.
“The Late Late Show with James Corden” will air from London June 6th through June 8th.
Pink Amazed At Her Responsibility
Pink and hubby Carey Hart recently celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary, and after two kids, Pink still can’t believe how happy her family life is. As someone who didn’t finish high school, she is now thoroughly embracing mom life, and is one of those parents who goes to bake sales and even T-ball games.
“I honestly can’t believe how responsible I am,” she tells “Us Weekly.” “All of a sudden I’m a soccer mom and doing the damn thing. No one would have guessed this for me. Honestly, I didn’t realize that you could enjoy it so much.”
Pink is even looking forward to the day when she can make her kids cringe. “Embarrassing them is the fun part,” she says, admitting that it’s already started to happen, since her daughter Willow is totally unimpressed by her stardom. “The other day, I picked up her friend, who started singing, ‘Raise Your Glass’….My daughter rolled her eyes and said, ‘That’s not even one of the good ones!’”
