Ariana Grande Planning Manchester Benefit

It was one week ago today that a suicide bomber attacked an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England killing 22 people and injuring dozens more. We are now hearing that Grande has plans for a Manchester benefit concert.

Grande took to Twitter on Friday saying, “My heart, prayers, and deepest condolences are with the victims of the Manchester attack and their loved ones. There is nothing I or anyone can do to take away the pain you are feeling or to make this better.”

Ariana went on to confirm an upcoming benefit concert in England. She didn’t specify a date, but sources are speculating that it will happen on June 4th.

Mariah Launches Beauty Line

While there isn’t much territory left for Mariah Carey to conquer, reports say Mimi is set to launch a new Beverly Hills beauty company by the end of the year. It will be a joint effort between Mariah and her manager, Stella Bulochnikov, featuring their own products of makeup, skin care and fragrances.

One source says, “They plan on opening a brick-and-mortar store in Beverly Hills and have been secretly looking at a number of retail spaces with a plan to unveil it this holiday season or next year by the latest.”

Mimi has been down this path before, on a smaller scale, when she launched a glam holiday makeup collection last year with MAC Cosmetics. In true Mariah fashion, it featured her trademark sparkly and champagne nude tones.

John Legend Sends Video Message To Family of Manchester Victim

It was one week ago today that a suicide bomber attacked an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England killing 22 people. Yesterday, John Legend sent a video message to the parents of a 15-year-old girl killed in the attack after they released a recoding of her singing Legend’s song “All of Me.”

Olivia Campell was among the first victims to be named after Monday’s blast. Her parents, Charlotte and Paul, say they want to make her dream come true by getting her song onto the charts in an effort to support all of the victims of the attack. Olivia reportedly auditioned for “Britain’s Got Talent” twice.

In his message to her parents, Legend said, “I want to thank you for playing the song and let you know that I was so moved by your daughter's performance of the song.” He added, “I know it won't make up for the loss that you're feeling right now but any love that we can send you we want to send you right now and wish you all the best.”
