Ed Sheeran Ties New Record For Down Under Stadium Tour
Ed Sheeran announced a stadium tour of Australia and New Zealand, and tickets were snapped up so quickly Ed had to add more shows, which wound up tieing an existing stadium record.
Ed originally announced only seven dates Down Under, but that had to be doubled due to “overwhelming demand.” With 14 shows he now ties the record for the most stadium shows in one Aussie/New Zealand run, a record previously set by AC/DC for their 2010 “Black Ice” tour.
“I’m overwhelmed with the response. To match that record is very humbling,” Sheeeran shares. “I really can’t wait to get down there.”
Miley Cyrus Takes Over NBC
Miley Cyrus has taken over NBC. Earlier this week she popped into “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon” during the host’s monologue to announce she’d be all over the network this week promoting her new song “Malibu.”
And Miley wasn’t kidding. Yesterday she turned up on “Today” taking over the control booth of the morning show. She also talked about her upcoming Citi Concert Series show, set for May 26th, and played with the morning show’s pooch Charlie.
So far there’s no word on where she may pop up next.

It’s all about the B’s in Beyonce’s world right now: a beautiful baby bump (twins are on the way this summer), Blue Ivy (who turned 5 in January), and now, a net worth of over one BILLION dollars with husband Jay-Z.
New financials just came out from “Forbes” and they are beyond impressive. According to their list of ‘America’s Wealthiest Self-Made Women,’ Beyonce (at the age of 35) has a personal net worth of 350-million-dollars. Combine that with Jay-Z’s net worth of 810-million-dollars, and the power couple is now worth a combined total of an astounding 1.16-BILLION-dollars.
What’s the couple’s secret to their financial success? Beyonce lays it out as bluntly as possible, saying, “I’m never satisfied.” By the way, also included on the list of America’s Wealthiest Self-Made Women are Oprah Winfrey (#3), Vera Wang (#29), Tory Burch (#30), Madonna (#32), and Celine Dion (#43). Beyonce came in at #46 on the list.
