Lady Gaga And Brett Ratner Team For #TheLoveProject

Lady Gaga and director Brett Ratner have teamed up for something called “The Love Project” - though what it is exactly has yet to be revealed.

Ratner first teased the collaboration earlier this week with a picture of Gaga and the hashtag #TheLoveProject, and then Gaga followed it up with a tease of her own. Gaga posted a video featuring her song “A Million Reasons” and the caption, “I'm so proud ‪@BTWFoundation and I are partnering with ‪#theloveproject2017. Show us your ‪#lovein3words.”

And it doesn’t look as though we’ll have to wait much longer to find out more details about #TheLoveProject. Gaga’s video says it’s “coming February 26th,” along with the tag, “help grow love in this world.”

Lorde Set For “Saturday Night Live”

It’s certainly looking like we’ll be getting some new Lorde music very soon. Not only has she lined up several festival dates this summer, but she’s just been confirmed for a pretty big TV appearance next month.

Lorde will be the musical guest on the March 11th episode of “Saturday Night Live,” with host Scarlett Johansson. Since it’s doubtful she’ll be performing any old tunes on the show, that means fans will likely be getting new tracks sometime in the next two weeks.

Sara Bareillis Added To Sunday’s Oscars

Sara Bareillis has been added to Sunday night’s Oscar telecast. She will take the stage to perform during the show’s “In Memoriam” segment honoring those in the film industry we lost last year.

Sara joins previously announced Oscar performers Justin Timberlake, Lin-Manuel Miranda, John Legend and Sting, who’ll perform the tunes nominated for Best Original Song.

J.T. will perform his “Trolls” song “Can’t Stop The Feeling,” while Sting will perform “The Empty Chair,” from “Jim: The James Foley Story.” “Hamilton” creator Miranda will perform the “Moana” song “How Far I’ll Go” along with Auli'i Cravalho, the voice of the movie’s lead character. Legend will perform “La La Land’s” two nominated tracks, "Audition (The Fools Who Dream)" and "City of Stars."

The Oscars air Sunday night at 8:30pm on ABC.
