Stevie Nicks passed on an offer to appear on John Mulaney's Netflix special

Stevie Nicks passed on an offer to appear on John Mulaney's Netflix special.

The comedian told Jimmy Fallon Monday night that he wanted Nicks to sing a parody. He contacted her manager, who turned down the offer and told him Stevie didn't think the song was funny. On top of that, Nicks was "confused," because the parody wasn't based on one of her songs.

The conversation ended with Mulaney thanking Nicks’ manager for giving him the "greatest pass of [his] career," adding that he wrote the part for Nicks because really he wanted to hang out with her. The manager then turned the tables and offered Mulaney a chance to come by and hang out.

Asked by Fallon if he was actually going to hang out with the rock icon, Mulaney deadpanned, “I don’t know, she didn’t like my song!”
