Taylor Swift just dropped the title track to her upcoming album “Lover,” but that wasn’t the only treat she had for fans. The singer also released the track list for the album, which drops Friday.
The album features 18 tracks in total, and as rumored, one of them is a collaboration with the DixieChicks, a song called “Soon You’ll Get Better.” Check it out below.
As for “Lover,” Taylor’s producer Jack Antonoff revealed on Twitter that it was a song Taylor wrote completely by herself. “lover the song out today. did this one entirely at electric lady in NYC. only laura sisk and taylor in the room,” he shared. “taylor wrote every stitch of this song and came in and played it for me - just a perfect moment to hear what she had done alone the night before.”
- And people are definatly loving the song, including Keith Urban. "Huge shoutout today to @taylorswift13 on the SUPERB new single LOVER," he shared. "When a song so exquisitely written becomes a record so gorgeously crafted I feel such a deep sense of gratitude for the 'art' of making music." And Taylor was certainly excited by the praise. She re-tweeted the post, adding, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME THIS IS THE NICEST THING ANYONE HAS EVER SAID - you’re just the best and so kind to say this."
