Van Halen is the subject of an upcoming tribute album by the indie pop duo The Bird and the Bee.
Grammy-winning producer and keyboardist Greg Kurstin and vocalist Inara George will release Interpreting the Masters Volume 2: A Tribute to Van Halen as a sequel to Masters Volume 1, a 2010 tribute to Hall and Oates.
Volume 2, which comes out August 2nd, features interpretations of such VH classics as "Runnin' With the Devil," "Hot for Teacher," "Jump." "Jamie's Cryin'," "Panama" and "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love." Those last two are already available online if you want to check out what this sounds like.
