Tom Brady Thought He Lost His Super Bowl Jersey Again

At this point, one would hope that Tom Brady would never let his Super Bowl jersey out of his sight.

The six-time Super Bowl champion has had two jerseys stolen after Super Bowl wins — one coming after Super Bowl XLIX against Seattle and another after the Patriots’ Super Bowl LI comeback against Atlanta.

While those jerseys were eventually recovered, there had to be a plan in place to keep the jersey from getting stolen a third time. Brady was initially unsure about that on Sunday.

Following the Patriots’ 13-3 win over the Rams in Super Bowl 53, someone asked Brady during the locker-room celebration about the jersey’s whereabouts. Brady didn’t know.

“I gotta find that out,” Brady said.

Luckily, the person who asked Brady was just messing with him.

I’ll assume that the “Brenden” was Brenden Murphy — the Patriots head equipment manager. He would be a good person to have the jersey.
