Columbus drivers looking to head south to Cincinnati might be a bit confused by the signage.
A sign directing drivers to an I-71 ramp on 17th Avenue reads "Cinicinnati."
Ohio Department of Transportation spokesman Matt Bruning said the signs were made by a contractor, and "Cincinnati" was spelled correctly in the design proofs.
The contractor was first alerted about the typo on July 30.
Bruning said the contractor will be remaking the signs on their own dime. New signs should be up in the next couple weeks, he said.
