Most Common Reasons North Dakotans Quit Their Jobs! See the National Survey
According to a study done by Zippia, North Dakotans say the #1 reason they quit their jobs was because it was an "Unpleasant environment".
2,000 people were surveyed, and it was found that 13% of those surveyed think about quitting their jobs daily, and 15% plan to quit by the end of the year.
Other states had varying reasons such as:
- Money
- A bad or unsupportive boss
- Disliking the work
- To improve work-life balance
- No opportunity to advance
