Union Club Recreation Area (3486 Saint Paris Pike, Springfield 45504) will be the site, Saturday, August 26th, from 1p-11p, for a great day of music and fun to help raise money for a cure for ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease).
Gates open at 1p. Music starts at 3p. $5 gate fee per person.
Bands include Tomorrow’s Yesterday and One Eyed Jack. Plus Freddie’s Franks & Burgers will be providing food all day with a portion going to ALs.
There will be a raffle featuring a new 48” smart TV, a hand-made quilt, and many other wonderful items along with a 50/50 drawing. Corn Hole boards will also be set up.
They will be signing up walkers and accepting pledges for team “Real people” for the Dayton area ALS walk on September 9th. They are hoping to set some records and get 100 walkers on the team. All walkers for the team receive free entry (must be signed up BEFORE the show.) ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO ALS!
